Family with children can find comfort here

Had a fantastic view of the city from my room, it was like looking at a painting. The indoor pool was great, except it was freezing, but the kids loved it and I had to keep them entertained!

Prices are a little high, but it's manageable.

The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring made-to-order omelettes and a variety of hot foods that helped start my day off right.

The check-out process was disorganized, leading to a lengthy wait that was frustrating after a long stay.

The rooms leave something to be desired, showing signs of age with dated furnishings that resemble a 4-star establishment more than a premium 5-star experience. Plumbing issues are also evident, with periodic electricity cuts impacting overall comfort, and the pool tends to be on the smaller side, limiting its appeal for swimmers. Lastly, guests may find the noise levels from surrounding streets disturbing, detracting from an otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

The staff provided exceptional service and were genuinely caring. The city view from my room was breathtaking, enhancing my overall experience. I appreciated the clean environment and thoughtful amenities that elevate comfort.

The Wi-Fi connectivity had occasional lags, impacting work efficiency during my stay.

Had a fab time soaking in the city views from my room! The staff were super chill and made me feel right at home. The breakfast spread was really good, loved the omelets! Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster, sometimes it lagged. Otherwise, a solid experience!

the front desk staff were super friendly, massive shoutout to mr ayad and mrs zainab for makin me feel at home. enjoyed my cozy deluxe king room with a city view, loved the clean space! also, the restaurant staff were helpful and nice, breakfast was pretty good too. very chill vibe all around.

The hotel is conveniently located near Al Hamra, offering a comfortable stay with good wifi and friendly staff. the indoor pool was unexpectedly cold during winter, and parking costs were confusing at check-in.
